Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

If there are any unexpected delays (e.g. stock availability), we’ll contact you directly.

Delivery Times

We ship nationwide across New Zealand using trusted courier partners.

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Rural deliveries may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed, as delays outside our control (e.g. courier network issues) may occur.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

You can track your order directly with the courier.

Delivery Issues

Please check your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if it arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive as expected.

Risk of Loss

Once your order has been handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to you.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.
