We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy (together, the “Terms”), set out your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

Trial machines and rental machines remain our property at all times and must be returned in the agreed condition.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once we confirm and process payment.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it carefully before purchasing.

Products purchased are intended for end-use by you or your organisation and are not for resale.

4. PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time of order.

Prices exclude shipping, handling, and GST unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorise us to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you once goods are handed to the carrier.

We are not liable for shipping delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays, customs).

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled strictly in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Consumable products (such as coffee beans, tea, hot chocolate, and cleaning products) are not returnable once opened. Ground coffee is non-refundable as it is prepared to order.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, text, images, and trademarks on the Services are owned by Coffee Suppliers Limited, Shopify, or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Coffee Suppliers is powered by Shopify. While Shopify hosts the platform, all sales and purchases are directly between you and Coffee Suppliers Limited. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, products, or services you receive from us.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

11. FEEDBACK
